12/23/25 - Updating this review. Dalese Russell helped me today and she was excellent. BillerGenie is so user friendly, but today I posted a credit card payment twice and within a couple of minutes help was on the phone and the problem was resolved. Dalese followed up with an email reminder on how to follow up to make sure the situation was corrected with the credit card company. I can't say enough good things about the tech support and the program. Thank you!

Great experience so far! We are on our 3rd day of going all in with this platform. We are finding random little adjustments that need to be made, but the support team has been very attentive to emails and works on getting either behind-the-scenes adjustments fixed or working with merchant partners to make things easy for me to keep working with my customer base.

My company has been a Biller Genie customer for several years. Their system is easy to navigate, but their customer support is where they really shine. I typically don't have issues but when I do have a question or concern and get in touch with their tech or customer support team they are so helpful and nice, and take care of my issue right away. I just had the best experience with Biller Genie's Caleb Johnson. I was having trouble syncing QB with Biller Genie. Caleb did the whole thing for me in a Zoom meeting and made sure everything was syncing properly.

Biller Genie is a great product connecting QB desktop to my merchant services provider.

I have been using them for about 9 months. As a CPA who deals with tax filing, I need the highest level of security. I have had an issue a number of times over the months where Biller Genie was not syncing with QB so my invoices were not getting sent and payments were not processing.

I understand now that this was due to my strong firewall that I have in place.

So, it has been frustrating. I just worked with Caleb Johnson of Biller Genie and it looks like everything has been resolved.

I do like the product and do recommend it. Just be aware that firewalls give it problems, although they are rolling out a new version now to solve those issues.

Maria Hernandez - an extremely qualified example of experienced engineering & problem-solving capabilities. She gets five stars for professionalism and possessing the characteristics of patience and kindness as well as having excellent product knowledge. She knew this program, she knew this software and she knew exactly what to do. I tried everything to produce the proper sync process but there were too many features I was just not familiar with and to her they were second nature. She was quick to. I was truly impressed with her and her skills. In the beginning of our zoom session, my microphone went dead. Thank you for collaborating in the resolution to a very complex, stressful and frustrating problem storing and completing ACH payments with a client with 14 sub accounts. I appreciate your diligence and your professional demeanor during a very long 2-month issue. Your help facilitated the final resolution.
Biller Genie tech support is great! I give them 5 stars in effort and professionalism - not just for this call but for all calls for guidance.
In this case I am giving the BG platform/programming 3.5 stars for ACH payment, storage, and monthly auto-payments.
When customers enter their ACH information, an error msg pops up; therefore, the client enters the information again and again. One client entered the information 16 times trying to make payment. The authorization form that is required to store ACH payment is stored in the customer profile vault however customers are not emailed the form nor directed to their vault to complete authorization. The only reason that I discovered a problem is because customers that always pay on time had balances past their normal pay time. There is not a report allowing you to see which customers have uncomplete ACH authorization forms. I had to manually go in to each customer in question 1 by 1 to see if their ACH was authorized or not. I had to manually erase all double ACH entries 1 by 1 and then contact each customer with a "pending authorization" to instruct them to sign the authorization that I manually emailed. This may be a payment processor issue so I may be frustrated with the wrong party. We are a small company so tasks like these take a long time and negatively effect cash flow. It also gives the impression of being less than knowledgeable while handling private financial information that people are rightfully cautious about giving because of cyber hacking. That was issues with clients with one service address.
My client with 14 service locations had an issue with ACH storage that was just (if not more) complex that the others with one service address.
On a positive note, we had very little if any issues with stored Credit Cards or credit card payments.
Overall, we do like BG and tech support is GREAT.
I want to also thank Brandon Insalaco tremendously. We spoke about 5 times regarding this problem. He was helpful each time. And I would like to thank Zayan Ishaq, Caleb Johnson and Thomas Sutton for working with me.
With all that said,
The ACH storage/payment issue created enough grief and angst that it cannot be overlooked.

An update.. we recently had a hacker make their way into our account. Fortunately my staff and I monitor communications and were able to contact Biller Genie quickly about an invoice sent out of our account by someone other than our company. Caleb, Anthony and Melissa as my team all worked quickly and thoroughly to be sure the account wasn't compromised. It's a pleasure working with everyone at Biller Genie. We are still very happy we made the switch!

We just recently started with Biller Genie and it's been a great experience. They've worked with us in phases to be sure we understand how to use the process. The tweaks we've needed to make to our current process are minimal. Our go to person now is Melissa Gacek. She is enormously helpful! I can't say enough good things about everyone there. They all really do care about us getting the most out of what they offer. So glad we jumped on board!

Biller Genie has been a great help in our billing process. It has saved us a lot of time in processing credit cards and receiving payments in QuickBooks.

I have been a client of Biller Genie for several years, but in business you always get tempted when they claim the grass is greener on the other side of the bank, and I tried that and I rapidly returned. The return was not without hicupps, but Biller Genie has a team of competent experts that made everything seemless, specially Anthony Amaro who went above and beyond the call of duty to understand my situation, and successfully resolved the issues. In the end, when you are making a decision in who to trust your money what matter the most, is Customer Service, Transparency and Communication every step of the way, and you get that from Biller Genie. Others promiss you the world, but they don't deliver.

Biller Genie is THE BEST!!!!! Have nothing but good, no exemplary things to say about BG!! I am in the Merchant Processing Industry. As such, I encounter businesses on the daily that use/depend on Quickbooks for their accounting/bookkeeping needs...Biller Genie allows them to use third party processors to ensure that they are getting the best bang for their hard earned buck when it comes to accepting credit cards!
