Are Kaspersen

Are Kaspersen is a member and expert in our Energy and Natural Resources practice.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the clean energy industry, primarily working with leading global renewables developers and energy majors in Europe, US and Asia.

Are advises energy clients on a broad range of energy transition topics, including Engine 2 growth strategy, operating model for clean energy businesses, as well as performance improvement in the renewables space. He has deep expertise in offshore and onshore wind, as well as hydrogen.

In addition to his client work, Are is actively contributing to building Bain IP in the clean energy space. He also previously led the Oslo office employer branding and recruiting efforts.

Prior to joinging Bain, Are gained experience in a global technical advisory firm, as well as the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He holds an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Oslo, Norway.
