We champion for diversity and inclusion and have made it a strategic priority at the firm. We deeply invest in ensuring that we hire the world's top talent and provide affinity groups, like Women at Bain, to help each other thrive in the fast-paced consulting environment.

We're regularly involved in pro-bono projects, providing consulting services to nonprofit organizations. Some of the work we have done includes the National Kidney Foundation to refresh its strategy, drive innovation in renal care, and reduce the progression of end-stage kidney disease in Singapore, as well as the Young Social Entrepreneurs program, where we provide mentorship to social enterprises to help them launch or scale up their start-ups.

We launched our Global Sustainability Innovation Center in Singapore in 2020 to support companies' efforts to walk their path toward sustainability, as part of our ambition to helping Southeast Asia ensure sustainable energy, create healthy and sustainable food ecosystems and establish greener and more connected cities as a region.

To complement our pro-bono consulting services, we organize community days throughout the year for the wider office to participate in volunteer activities. Past activities have included visiting the zoo with children from the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore, cleaning up the beach at Pulau Ubin, providing career advice for students at Victoria Junior College, and visiting the Henderson nursing home.
