Located in Hong Kong's prestigious Central District, our office serves as the epicenter of local business and retail. Situated conveniently above the MTR Hong Kong Station, Airport Express, and the renowned IFC mall, our office offers a stunning panoramic view of the city's skyline and Victoria Harbor. As part of Bain Greater China, we collaborate closely with our Shanghai and Beijing offices to drive impact and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Hong Kong Ballet
The Hong Kong Ballet has been performing in the city for 30 years, but still operates with a small budget. Bain recently helped the ballet conduct a strategic review of its full potential and developed recommendations for organizational requirements, fundraising efforts, and board composition.
