Blast the viral “I’m coming to the cottage” club remix, because the Heated Rivalry cottage is now available to rent on Airbnb. For when the TikTok edits and rewatches just aren’t cutting it, you can book a stay at the very Ontario cottage where the hockey romance’s finale was filmed.

Starting on March 3, the Barlochan Cottage is open for business, with rates starting at $248  CAD—around $181 USD—per night. Built in 2020 by Canadian architect Trevor McIvor, the location along Lake Muskoka is as secluded as the show illustrates, perfect for a secret getaway (incredibly ripped hockey players not included).

In the final episode of Heated Rivalry, the cottage plays house to many relationship-defining (and of course, steamy) moments for rival players Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander, portrayed by Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams. From cozy moments around the fire pit to confessions of true feelings in the bedroom, it’s the setting for the culmination of their love story. While our team had varied opinions about the decor of Heated Rivalry, an appreciation for the architecture of the modern cottage and the symbolism its design brought to the episode was something we could all agree on.

Exposed wood beams, double-story windows, and stone accents enhance the open-concept construction of the main living space, where guests can cuddle up in front of a fireplace (and debate all the reasons why Ilya should absolutely not marry Svetlana). The sleek kitchen has dining space for eight, so there’s room to serve up all of the burgers Shane accidentally cooks without needing to halve the recipe. Three bedrooms, one with an en suite, make up the remainder of the home, complete with a large TV for “reheated rivalry,” the fandom’s moniker for a rewatch.

The cottage, like many lake house rentals, offers ample outdoor perks. Kayaks, a barbecue, and most importantly if you’re bringing your secret lover, private beach access. Start practicing heartbreaking conversations to have around the fire pit now! Lake Muskoka is the largest of the “Big Three” lakes in the area, known for boating, swimming, and incredible sunsets. To make a fully Heated Rivalry–themed trip out of it, the cottage is about a 90 minute drive from Toronto and Hamilton, which host several other filming locations for the show.
