Alicia Freeman

BAppSc(Physio)

Alicia has owned the Practice for over 20 years and has over 25 years of clinical experience. Alicia worked for 16 years with the Hills District Netball Association and as such was responsible for injury assessment, treatment & strapping of the players.

She has a passion for healing patients  with a wide variety of injuries & pains. Alicia gets fantastic results with neck & lower back pain, shoulder injuries and loves to take people from their injury to their optimum level of recovery.

Because of her great passion for healing in many forms, Alicia has undergone extensive training in Pilates which she utilises twice a week in her physio matwork class to help clients with transition from acute care towards their pre injury sport, hobby or activity.

Advayee Ramesh

BPhty(Hons)

Advayee holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Adelaide and is passionate about empathetic, holistic care. She believes in preventative healthcare and loves empowering people to understand their bodies, manage recovery, and stay active long-term.

Growing up in Sydney, she’s always been active and outdoorsy, which led to a strong appreciation for movement and its role in overall health. She has a keen interest in chronic pain management, focusing on evidence-based strategies to help people regain confidence in movement and improve their quality of life.

Advayee is also deeply involved in rural health outreach, working to improve healthcare access and awareness in rural and Indigenous communities. Through leadership roles in national and university-based rural health networks, she has helped plan Indigenous health outreach programs, rural high school visits, and student engagement initiatives. She has also been part of national rural health advocacy efforts, including initiatives with the Rural Doctors Network.

She has worked as a sports trainer with state-level rugby, football, and basketball teams, providing on-field injury management, strapping, rehab, and return-to-play strategies. She enjoys working with athletes and active individuals to help them recover from injuries and perform at their best.

She enjoys helping individuals at all levels move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love.
