Strategy Partner and Co-Founder Mohan Ramaswamy is a featured guest on The Fearless Podcast, a show dedicated to the art & science of creativity. The special episode was recorded live at the Cannes Lions Festival.

Ramaswamy and host Charles Day discussed his career trajectory and examined the ethos behind a Work & Co’s partnership-led model versus a top-down pyramid structure typical amongst agencies.

“We make decisions as a partnership, as opposed to having publicly-reported quarters,” he said. “Not having to do that gives us more latitude and pace for growth, which I think is fundamentally what can ensure that we’re keeping the integrity of the organization.”

Added Ramaswamy: “That doesn’t mean that we don’t have an appetite for growth. We’ve gone from five people to 250 people in five years, but what it means is that we have to be purposeful and measured in terms of looking at projects and opportunities.”
