Work & Co Bolsters Company Leadership

Work & Co has made important additions to its leadership team across design, technology, and product management. The company has reached 200 employees while still maintaining a 98% retention rate.

“We’re deeply excited to have so many proven, talented people join our team,” said founding partner, Mohan Ramaswamy. “They’ll be helping us on both existing and new client projects, including our collaborations with Apple, Nike, Facebook, and Aesop. From the beginning, our approach is to be opportunistic and hire great people whenever we find them, regardless of what projects are starting.”

Among our recent hires and promotions are:

Dever Thomas, Design Director

Dever has led engagements with clients spanning YouTube, Apple, and Aesop since joining Work & Co three years ago.

Rodrigo Senra, Technology Director

Previously, Rodrigo led Data Science at EMC. He also brings specialties in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence and will help lead our 80-person engineering group.

Daniele Codega, Design Director

Daniele joins from Huge / Elephant, where he was lead designer on various projects for Apple. Earlier, he led design on digital products for Gucci, Samsung, Reuters, and Huffington Post.

Narguess Noshirvani, Director, Product Management

Narguess was previously Client Services Director at Method, where she ran projects for the likes of BBC, Time Warner Cable, and Marimekko.

Doug Zordan, Director, New Business

Doug has led new business growth at companies including Oracle and Huge, and managed digital at Globo.com.

Isabela Tosta, Director, Product Management

Isabela was previously Director of Digital Experience at telecommunications giant Oi. She brings twelve years of expertise in transforming complex business needs into digital products.

Nemanja Niciforovic, Principal Developer

Nemanja brings a love for software architecture and design patterns to projects with clients such as Google, Chase, and the NBA. In the past, he’s worked with Huge, Ruder Finn, and Blitz.

Stanko Tadic, Principal Developer

With a decade of hands-on experience in web development, Stanko specializes in application architecture and JavaScript. He has led projects for Twitter, Oscar, and Mastercard.

Kory Bilowus, Director, Teams

Kory leads global staffing efforts for every Work & Co project. Previously, Kory managed resourcing at R/GA.
