And it’s modern family winning…not as good as they used to be. Others on the list are better imo.
Definitely agree. Time to recognize other talented actors and ensembles. Hoping next year will be different.
Modern Family is Still the best comedyseries on tv right now.
It’s not even the third best comedy series on the network it’s on.
Amen.
Agreed. Modern Family has gotten stale, however these are acting awards, not writing awards. Modern Family needs new writers, but the cast is stellar. The show does have a good ensemble cast….but 30 Rock should have won for it’s last season.
I totally agree, the cast is amazing and they deserve a better writing

I loved Rita Moreno’s lifetime achievement acceptance in song! She’s so talented and has such a great sense of humor.
That was very cool.
Wow, she looks amazing and natural for someone in her 80s…unlike Joan Rivers. She was great although I think one song instead of two would have had more impact.
How does the stunt team category not include Strike Back, Arrow or Banshee?
i know people are gonna gripe about Modern Family winning, but seriously, as an ENSEMBLE – not writers, directors, stunts, producers, lighting technicians – they are a FINE group of actors that play off of each other SO WELL. any of the nominated comedy ensembles could have won in my opinion. as they were reading off the nominees i was just like WOW those are all amazing ensembles.
I can’t believe Brooklyn 99 wasn’t nominated!!They are the truly great ensemble now.
+1
I think they might be taken more seriously next round. The HFPA loves to award new things to seem hip and cool, other shows like SAG are slower to change. If B99 can get an Emmy nod, that’ll be the real sign of something. SAG voting was probably over when they won the GG. Frankly the big reward for fans would be if B99 (and The Mindy Project) get renewed already. I’ll wait on the awards if I can get the renewals. I enjoy those shows.
I’m tired of Modern Family. I know it’s an ensemble award but they’re doing the same thing they have been doing since season one. Time to spread the love.
How could this be any more predictable?
Why is Jessica Lange in the Drama category and not in the Mini-Series one?
Happy Breaking Bad. They deserve it, great cast.
Apparently SAG is under the impression that it’s 2010.
It does seem that way a bit.
Modern Family is almost the Breaking Bad of comedies. Not all episodes are good, but it’s a smart, funny, sometimes even moving comedy.
Right now there isn’t a better comedy show on TV. And Ty Burrell is just amazing.
I agree! I love Modern Family!
Same old, same old.
without Amy Poehler nominated for Best Comedy, these Awards don’t mean anything because they obviously have no idea what they are doing at all.
I’d like to thank you for the efforts you have put in penning this
