    UPDATE (10:07 am) The Halloween Eye Spy Train at Wheaton Train and Carousel will begin at 10:30 am. Staff are waiting for dew to dry on the tracks. While you wait, you can ride the carousel or play outdoor games. Or, step inside the station for a movie and coloring.
