It’s basically espionage adventure, but with a science fiction backbone: Nolan ups the ante on “Mission: Impossible” by making the impossibility not just physical but quantum physical. And he goes about it expertly, bullishly and with giddily perverse intent to bewilder. Read full review

It’s exhilarating, in a “Fast & Furious” sort of way, especially as so many of the stunts are done for real rather than with CGI. It helps, too, that the swaggering Washington and the smirking Pattinson make a likable double act. But it all happens so quickly, with such brief explanations and so little breathing space, that the story is tough to follow, and therefore tough to care about. Read full review

If you like Nolan's movies, this one is definitely one of his best.

The plot was peculiar but great. If you really want to understand it, you are probably best to watch it again. After watching the movie, I felt confused but happy. I'm probably better off watching it again, to fullyIf you like Nolan's movies, this one is definitely one of his best.

If you are thinking about watching the movie, go for it!

Only problems I had was the audio. It was too loud for my taste, might be because I was sitting quite close to the speakers, but I would advise picking seats at the cinema carefully.… Expand

The music and sound mixing are way too loud, when the characters are explaining stuff or when there's a dialogue scene, I can't hear them because of the music. Although, many people make it seem like it's bad, but it really isn't. Tenet is difficult to understand but fun to watch. The story is especially intricate and around half the movie, begins to be too hard to decipher. It's better to watch it without thinking too much. For me the tumbling car sequence and after, made me reject part of the premises. That said theTenet is difficult to understand but fun to watch. For me the tumbling car sequence and after, made me reject part of the premises. That said the FX are absolutely amazing. The music isn't so good but does the job. The acting is superb. With a fraction of the budget and only 30 minutes long...but Red Dwarf episode “Backwards” does a much better, coherent job of explaining time inversion than Tenet does, and its far more entertaining too!
