Unlock Your Account

For security reasons, only registered users should contact the TTB Technical Support Help Desk for password resets or other technical assistance with the Online Systems.

To unlock your COLAs Online account, first try Unlock my Locked COLAs Account. If that fails, then you should contact TTB's Technical Information Center at 866-927-2533, option 3, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
To unlock your Formulas Online account, first try Unlock my Locked Formula Account. If that fails, then you should contact the TTB Technical Support Help Desk at 866-927-2533, option 2, listen to the prompt, then select option 4, Monday through Friday, between the hours of
7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
To unlock your Permits Online account, first try using the Forgotten Password instructions. If that fails, then you should contact the NRC Call Center at 1-877-882-3277, option 3, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
