    A year later, we publish in the results of the survey of FT in Japanese cancer patients using this Japanese translation of COST tool and find a substantial percent of patients experience FT despite universal health insurance.

    This paper in was when I first came up with the concept of “Avoiding Wisely”. Avoiding low-value oncology interventions is important for all countries but more so for LMICs.
