"Welcome to my website"

The beauty of encountering forms, colors, and scents of french culture and traditions developed my strong emotion of pleasure and passion. When I first discovered the "boutis provençal", it wasn't purely the beauty of work done on the fabric but also the cultural splendor and richness attached to the past that overwhelmed me. I don’t know when the “boutis” took form in my mind, maybe some time ago, but I was far from realizing that one day I would create a “boutis” with my own hands. I was a designer in home furnishings, when I first I touched a “boutis” with my fingers. By the quality of its subtle shades, it was an antique piece. With time the "boutis" had taken soft colors of the past. It carried a message: use of fabric, significance,and one’s spirit. The art of sewing, embroidery from the inside, never ceases but instead perpetuates through time so one can feel the beauty and richness of popular art. With the release of my second book on “boutis”, I will use this occasion to start my website. Futhermore, I would like to present my creations and share my passion.
