Correcting Biographical Information
In order to make an update to the demographic data on the site, especially dates and places of birth and death, we require an independent, verifiable source that associates that information with the player or personnel in question.
For deceased persons, we are particularly interested in matching the player with a Social Security Death Index record and/or a published obituary noting their involvement with in the sport.
In all cases, materials which were published or produced during the person's career are helpful, such as newspaper clippings, scorecards and game programs, contracts or other administrative materials.
We regret that we cannot use personal statements as the sole supporting information for an update.
Proposed corrections should be sent via the form below (we will ask for supporting details if needed), or by US Mail to:

Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. The group is 100% composed of volunteers and interested parties, and has expanded into a large amount of related projects for saving online and digital history.
