Weddings Form
Weddings are published on Tuesdays in the Lifestyles section. The completed form must be returned to The Dispatch by 4:30 p.m. on the Monday a week before the desired publication date.

Forms
Download the forms online or visit The Dispatch office at 30 E. First Ave. to get the appropriate form. Or, for more information, contact advertising at (336) 249-3981 option 2. A PDF version is available for those wanting to print a copy and bring it into the office. Someone from The Dispatch will contact you if there are any questions regarding your submission. Forms must be submitted prior to the deadline listed within the form. Your computer must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the form.

Engagement Form
Engagements are published on Tuesdays in the Lifestyles section. The completed form must be returned to The Dispatch by 4:30 p.m. on the Monday a week before the desired publication date.

Anniversary Form
Anniversary announcements cost $10. Anniversary pictures and announcements should be submitted no later than two weeks after the anniversary date.

Birth Form
Birth announcements are free with no photo or $10 with a photo and are published as soon as possible, space permitting.

Child Birthday Form
Birthday pictures for children cost $10. Birthday forms and pictures to be published Tuesday through Saturday should be brought to The Dispatch at least three days before the birthday, and Monday birthdays should be submitted by Thursday noon prior to the Saturday publication date.

Adult Birthday Form
Birthday pictures for adults cost $10. Birthday forms and pictures to be published Tuesday through Saturday should be brought to The Dispatch at least three days before the birthday, and Monday birthdays should be submitted by Thursday noon prior to the Saturday publication date.

Religious Note Form
Announcements for the Religious Notes article are published in Saturday's edition of The Dispatch. Please submit items by Wednesday at noon before the Saturday it will be published.
