NO ONE IS MAKING THIS ASSUMPTION!
Actually, a lot of commenters in this thread are making that assumption.
Best reply to this article! this pretty much hits every point, well done.
So, in other words you didn’t feel like punching anyone? He didn’t belittle the work of any females.
I would instantly buy this phone. The only thing I would want to see is a smaller size as well, but if this phone released, I would get it even with the bigger size.
Wow, that is an ugly watch…
sure can’t wait to read all the comments from men on the verge about how this isn’t sexist or a big deal
How hypocritical of you to assume only men would say that the shirt isn’t sexist.
in the non existent opposite scenario dudes wouldn’t be so offended!
Mackoy isn’t saying men wouldn’t be offended. He is saying that there wouldn’t be an article reporting on it though.
That’s not true at all, I don’t care what I wear and I don’t even think I own a black crew neck.
Ahh yes, another dude taking up the mantle of deciding if a shirt should be offensive to women.
Is this not exactly what this article is doing?
Not all women will find that shirt offensive, but this article (and a good portion of the commenters in the article) are just fine deciding that this shirt is offensive to women.
This is so true. Everyone I talked to who watched this didn’t even make a single comment about the shirt (male or female). I log in to see coverage of this on The Verge, and all they seem to care about is some stupid shirt. Was it professional? Of course it isn’t professional, but as a culture we have been moving away from/redefining what a professional attire/look is anyway.
