RESCHEDULED! Proven Strategies for Winning Project Interviews and Effective Owner Debriefs
presented by Hilari Weinstein, High Impact Communication

With fewer projects to pursue and more competition going after them, each project opportunity is incredibly important to your company.  Every client contact is a mini-presentation.  Whether a one-on-one phone call or a face-to-face meeting, an impression is being formed about you and your company.  Are you helping or hurting that impression?  The last contact you have with the client before they make a buying decision is the project interview.  It is therefore imperative that you and your interview team deliver a project interview presentation that truly sets you apart from the competition and makes it easy for the client to choose YOU.  In this highly engaging and informative session, Hilari show you how little things can make a huge difference in your getting selected.

Maximize Productivity Utilizing a Best-in-Class Prefab System
presented by Maxim Consulting Group

Best-in-class contractors are bringing 25-35% of field labor into the prefabrication shop at an average productivity improvement of 30%.  To stay competitive in today's market, contractors must stop thinking about prefabrication as a custom, once in a lifetime job and start thinking about it like a manufacturer where standard products are built for installation. We will discuss Lean best practices being deployed in the construction industry, the importance of product standardization, linking estimating to detailing to prefabrication to field installation, and logistics and inventory management ideas to further enhance cost reductions resulting in higher margins.
