Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting
The Academy's Don and Gee Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting is an international screenwriting competition established to identify and encourage talented new screenwriters. Up to five $35,000 Fellowships are awarded annually.

History of the Nicholl Fellowships
Gee Nicholl founded the Nicholl Fellowships in honor of her late husband Don Nicholl, a British screenwriter. The first Nicholl Fellowships were awarded in 1986.
