Momentum for change Secretariat launches new Momentum for Change Initiative

It is with profound sadness that the Climate Change Secretariat has to inform all Parties and observer organizations to the Convention and its Kyoto Protocol about the sudden death of Mr. Mama Konaté, Chair of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) and the National Focal Point of Mali.
