I'm really not liking this new stuff at all, the Pokemon dont look like pokemon (they lack that unique feel the previous gens gave off) and triple battles, as already stated, will be broken.

Not liking this at all, if this keeps up I might not buy the new games, and as someone who loves almost every aspect of the franchise (yes even the anime) that says something about just how much I dislike these new additions.

I know some of the designs are bad but i can't believe loads of people on the internet are going like , 'OMG THOSE DESIGNS ARE TERRIBLE, THIS IS THE LAST POKEMON GAME I'M BUYING!'. It's just annoying, designs don't make or break a game and they're not the most important factor in a game either.

In Pok�mon, they really do for many. I didn't play with Medicham at all not because it was bad, but because it looked like a mime artist in pantaloons.

OK i can see some people's point with that but what good are designs in a game without good gameplay. It's just every time since Gen III, some people just moan about how the pokemon look when they get revealed. They're not going to change so we just have to accept those designs.

I'll give you the point about designs - every generation there are some that look a bit like a dog's rectum, so I don't hold truck with people who claim that the overall quality's going downhill. Look at Mr. Mime or Magmar, for Arceus' sake.

Not sure I agree with the gameplay point, though. Maybe I'm just growing out of it, but for me Pok�mon's gameplay is getting repetitive to the point where I can't be bothered to do anything after the Elite Four.

All the people saying triple battles will be broken: this is Game Freak we are talking about, have they ever made a broken game that is called "pokemon"? I think not. Just wait till Spring and prepair to have your eyeballs fall out in the awesomness that is Pokemon (and Im 16 for christ sake )
