Author Damon Lloyd Goffe is suing Oprah and her production company, Harpo, for allegedly stealing material from the writer's work titled A Tome of Poetry and publishing it under the name, Pieces of My Soul.

According to legal documents, Goffe claims the talk show host admitted to the thievery last year.

The poet believes that since Oprah sold over 650 million editions of the work online for $20 a copy, he is entitled to 1.2 trillion dollars!

What a slut!!!!!

We were uncertain whether the latest bunch of photos were real or not.

Well, they're definitely legit!!!!!

Lawyers for Vanessa Hudgens contacted PerezHilton.com and demanded that we remove the pics. They also claim that she was underage when these latest pics were taken. Naturally, we obliged and removed the images in question.

We're not sure we believe her attorney, but asserting that the pics were taken when Zacquisha's girlfriend was a minor is the most effective way to get the pictures removed from the Internets.

What are they gonna do when the sex tape comes out in a few years and she clearly isn't a minor????

Cuz it's only a manor of time until VaneXXXa really goes XXX!!!!!

Each day keeps getting better!!!!!

Wednesday was the most fun we've had in Japan since we've been here!

We began the day with an amazing photo shoot dressed in full geisha attire.

The pictures turned out amazing!!!!!!!!

We did a lot of shopping, especially going wild at an amazing vintage shop - buying everything from some amazing tees, bracelets, sunglasses - and even a beret!

We met up with a friend for some crepes and a stroll. We did lots of strolling on our own too, which we LOVE in Tokyo. Walking around and just getting on the subway and going places is one of the best ways to truly explore this massive and magical city!

We had a yummy din din with the wifey.

And, we got to experience a piece of Tokyo that not many foreigners do!

GaGa had a photo shoot on Wednesday with one of the most famous and best photographers in all of Asia. He then invited us to this private, members-only bar. Which was super rad! And, it was also super small!

So much amazingness went on in there, not the least of which was Perez's duet with the Lady on her hit Poker Face.

Brad Pitt talks many topics in his new interview with Parade, but it his stance on Prop 8 that really has caught our attention. Take a look:

On when he’ll marry Angelina Jolie: “I have love in my life, a soul mate–absolutely. When someone asked me why Angie and I don’t get married, I replied, ‘Maybe we’ll get married when it’s legal for everyone else.’ I stand by that, although I took a lot of flak for saying it–hate mail from religious groups. I believe everyone should have the same rights. They say gay marriage ruins families and hurts kids. Well, I’ve had the privilege of seeing my gay friends being parents and watching their kids grow up in a loving environment.”

On the right to love: “It’s ridiculous that Prop 8 took away gay people’s right to marry! I have no understanding of that kind of hatred. Maybe it’s fear of difference or of the unknown. If you feel belittled, maybe you need someone else to belittle to feel powerful. It’s the only way I know how to explain it. You’ve got religion telling you what to think about homosexuality, about marriage. They say homosexuality is a choice, a lifestyle, something you can be cured of, and that isn’t true. But if you’re tucked away and have no friends who are gay, you’ll believe what the preachers say. Just think of it in terms of being in love–how would you feel if someone told you that you couldn’t be with the person you loved?”

On wanting the best for his children: “Would it bother me if a child of mine turns out to be gay? No, not one bit. Listen, I want my kids to live the lives they want to live. I want them to be fulfilled. I hope I teach my kids to be who they really are.”

Is famed Naked Chef Jamie Oliver recession-proof???

It would appear so!

Oliver's pre-tax profits for 2008 were an astonishing 82% higher than his profits from the year before!!!

The TV chef's book, Ministry of Food, and the global television distribution of his programs allowed Oliver to pay himself close to $2 million!

To compare, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay saw a steep drop in his profits, barely making $1 million for the year.

We're not saying she should get her dress ready for the Tony's, but Jessica Biel isn't totally offending our ears in her performance in Guys & Dolls shown here.

Biel starred in her first musical-theatre production at the Hollywood Bowl this past weekend as Sarah Brown. And we'll admit, she wasn't that bad.

But she wasn't great either.

We know most American Idol fans are feeling the sting of bitterness at the news that Paula Abdul is leaving the show.

We have yet to hear how the other judges feel about the change, but thanks to Twitter, we can comment on how Ryan Seacrest took the news.

Late last night, the Idol host tweeted:

"about to go to sleep when I started seeing my blackberry blow up. I have read what u have read and I am shocked and saddened about paula"

We gather not saddened enough to lend back some of your millions to make it work for Paula to come back though.

He then hopped back on Twitter this morning to say more kind words about Paula. Too bad he couldn't muster to spell her name correctly:

"Idol and the cast have grown with each other over the last 8 seasons..I can't imagine the panel without puala. She's a star @ a great friend"

And finally, it should be a comfort for us all that our Abdrool can still lean on some of her Idol family for support:

"Spoke to randy..hope to speak with paula privately overnight."

Well, at least he spelled her name right this time.
