Tropical Storm Dean could become Atlantic hurricane

Reuters - Tropical Storm Dean formed in the Atlantic Ocean midway between Africa and the Caribbean on Tuesday and could become the first Atlantic hurricane of the 2007 season later in the week, U.S. forecasters said.
