1. Overview

UC Case Simulator is an entertainment-only simulation game. It does not provide real items, currency, rewards or access to any official game account.

Plural Games STD (“we”, “us” or “our”) is responsible for this Privacy Policy. The app may display advertising and use analytics and diagnostic services. Information processed may depend on your region, device settings, consent choices, app version and the features you use.

No account is required. We do not ask you to create a profile or directly provide your name, postal address, phone number or payment card details to use the app.

2. Information we may process

Device and advertising identifiers

Advertising identifiers, device identifiers, app instance identifiers and similar technical identifiers may be processed to provide, measure, limit and personalize advertising, detect fraud and understand app usage. Tracking that requires permission on Apple devices is subject to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.

Approximate location

Advertising providers may infer coarse location, such as country, region or city-level location, from technical data such as an IP address. The app does not need precise GPS location for its core functionality.

Usage and advertising data

This may include screen and feature interactions, session activity, ad impressions, clicks, advertising performance and other product interaction data.

Diagnostics

Crash logs, performance data, device model, operating system version, app version, language and similar technical information may be processed to identify errors and improve reliability.

Local app data

Game progress, virtual inventory, settings and simulator currency may be stored locally on your device. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove this information unless it is restored by a platform backup.

3. How information is used

  • Operate, maintain and improve the app.
  • Save local progress and preferences.
  • Display, measure and control advertising.
  • Measure feature usage and app performance.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, invalid traffic and technical problems.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Where required, processing is based on consent. Other processing may be based on providing the app, legitimate interests in security and improvement, or legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

Depending on app version and region, the app may use advertising, analytics and diagnostic services including:

  • Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics
  • Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay, including ironSource technologies
  • Mintegral
  • Apple platform and App Store services

These providers process information under their own privacy policies and may act as independent controllers or processors. Advertising mediation may also allow additional advertising partners to serve ads. Information may be processed outside your country using applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

5. Your choices and rights

Apple privacy controls

You can manage tracking permission in iOS or iPadOS Settings. You may also limit ad personalization through device or account settings where available. Refusing tracking does not necessarily remove ads, but they may be less personalized.

Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority.

Contact us to submit a request. Because much of the app’s progress is stored locally and no user account is required, we may not be able to identify or retrieve local data from your device.

6. Retention and security

Local game data remains on your device until deleted, overwritten, removed with the app or restored from a backup. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

7. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. App Store age ratings and local requirements may vary by region. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of apps and privacy settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, legal requirements or third-party services change. The latest version will be published here with a revised effective date.
