- Trying our best to ensure the Islands are kept stocked up on essential supplies, we hope everyone is safe and well 💙Blue skies this morning as @Condor_Ferries Commodore Clipper left the port to transport vital freight to the Channel Islands.
- We are delighted to announce that we have become the first international ferry operator to be recognised for steps taken to keep passengers, employees and crew safe from Coronavirus, with accreditation awarded by DNV-GL, the world’s largest maritime classification advisory.
- Pleased to announce we’ll be adding a conventional ferry to our fleet, adding greater resilience, capacity and connectivity. Currently in New Zealand, the 125m freight and passenger vessel will operate from Portsmouth to Jersey & Guernsey. Just need to rename her…
- We are delighted to confirm we will operate two sailings on the 5th and 8th of July in conjunction with Public Health and the States of Guernsey. These trial sailings will be incredibly valuable to us as we prepare for our first sailings back to service.
- We are excited to announce that Condor Islander has arrived in Guernsey for her berthing trials! The ship has been in dry dock in Spain and refurbishment will be completed in the UK before she enters service later this year.
- Our latest ship is to be called Condor Islander when she enters service later this year. She will transit from New Zealand in late April via the Panama Canal. Once dry dock has been completed, Islander will undergo berthing trials before she starts her new life at Condor.
- We can't wait to resume passenger services and are doing everything we can to prepare for our first sailing back. Here's Condor Liberation out on her sea trial on Saturday with the captain and crew. 🛳🛳
00:00 - Last month we took the decision to sail Clipper and Goodwill as self-quarantined freight only ships. It was inconvenient for some passengers, but while we all sleep, here's the Clipper unloading in Jersey and maintaining the food and essential medical supplies into the Islands.

- Now painted with her new name… Condor Islander All part of getting her ready to leave New Zealand later this month, Condor Islander will travel to Europe via the Panama Canal and Atlantic Ocean.
