Known Issues Post Migration:
- Customers cannot see past tickets. This is resolved for all open, pending, or on-hold tickets. We will move all conversations older than 18 months to the "Ticket" history section in the Customer Portal. Please follow the instructions in our documentation.
- New Username/Password - unfortunately login credentials were unable to migrate. We have made this easier in our request flow to remove an OTP dependency as long as you're logged in and are a Glean Support Contact. Please make sure you are logged in here so your tickets get routed properly.
- Many of the issues above can be addressed through our Documentation. Please review for some of the differences between our old and new experience.
