In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance on the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?
During this upcoming maintenance window, BigPanda will be performing routine maintenance across AWS resources.
These activities include minor resource adjustments and cleanup and are expected to have minimal impact on the platform. All changes will be carefully managed with continuous system health monitoring.
For each change, we performed a detailed, resource-specific analysis in advance to ensure there was no expected customer impact. Changes are executed gradually and carefully, with validation performed after each step. In addition to monitoring overall platform health, we validate each change at the resource level to ensure it does not introduce regressions or instability.
The 10-hour window includes a safety buffer to allow for extended monitoring and system health validation following each change. While this maintenance window is broader than usual due to the number and variety of changes being addressed in a concentrated effort, we are approaching it with the highest level of caution. The same rigor is applied to both small and large changes, with platform stability and customer safety prioritized throughout.
Should any unforeseen issues arise, rollback procedures are defined per resource type. If a change affects stability, the specific resource will be immediately reverted to its original configuration to restore health, followed by a deeper review before proceeding.
