D'Alembert Strategy Simulator

How to Use the Simulator

The D’Alembert strategy is based on gradual, controlled adjustments to bets. The principle is simple: after a loss, the bet is increased by 1 unit, and after a win, it is reduced by 1 unit. Our simulator clearly shows how this logic affects your balance and the flow of the game, and helps you assess the behaviour of the strategy before a real roulette session. To start the simulation, follow these steps:

  1. Select the initial bet size and place it on any even-money field: red/black, even/odd, or 1–18 / 19–36 (as the strategy applies to even-money bets).
  2. Set the number of rounds, for example, 10, 100, or 1,000 spins.
  3. Enter the starting bankroll, for example, 100 or 1,000 units.
  4. If necessary, you can undo the last action using the Undo button or completely reset the settings using Clear.
  5. Click Start to begin the simulation.

After the simulation starts, all results will be displayed in the table below. It shows the key parameters for each spin:

  • Round: the number of the current round.
  • Number: the winning number generated by the RNG.
  • Status: the outcome of the round: win or loss.
  • Bet: the size of the current bet.
  • Payout: the amount won or lost for the spin.
  • Balance: the balance after the spin is completed.
