How to Customize the Leads Screen
Managing all your leads can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. The Houzz Pro leads screen page allows you to see all your leads in one place with all the information you need to run your business.
You can customize your view by adjusting the columns — you can move, hide, pin and resize columns so the information is better tailored to your business. Any changes you make will automatically save, so you won't have to redo your customization every time the page loads.

Leads Screen Overview
To get started, select the Leads icon from your left navigation. On this page, your leads are neatly organized so it's easy for you to stay updated on the status of each lead at a glance. For each lead, you will see the lead name, stage, client name, location, tasks, project type, lead source, estimated revenue and estimated profit, lead created date, last activity, and lead managers.
At the top of your leads list, you can search by keyword or filter by Project Type, Lead Source, Lead Managers or Messages.
To the left of your leads list, you'll see the various lead stages and how many leads you have in each stage.

How to Customize Your Leads Screen
In just a few simple clicks, you can easily customize your leads screen experience to better showcase the information you need to see. You can resize columns, reorder columns, hide columns, and pin columns.
Resize Columns
To resize columns, hover over a column until you find the column divider. Click and hold the column divider, then move it left or right to make the column bigger or smaller. This is useful if you have columns that require more text and therefore need more space (or vice versa).

Reorder Columns
To reorder columns, click and hold the column's title, then drag and drop the column to where it needs to go. This is useful if you have important columns that you would like to showcase closer to the front of your leads table (or if you want to move less important columns further away).
You can also reorder columns in a list view. To do this, click the Customize Your View icon on the right side of your screen.

Here, just click and hold the relevant column, then drag and drop it to where you would like it placed in the list. Be sure to click Save once complete.

Hide Columns
To hide columns that you don't use or need, click the Customize Your View icon on the right side of your screen.

Here, you can toggle on and off your columns. If the toggle is off, that means the column is hidden and won't appear. If the toggle is on, that means the column will appear. If you would like to reset to the default settings, click Reset to Defaults in the bottom left.
Be sure to click Save once complete. You will now see your changes directly on your leads screen.

Pin Columns
To pin columns, hover over your column title, then click on the Pin icon. Pinning a column is useful if you would like to permanently place that column at the front of your leads table — you can then reorder all pinned columns by dragging and dropping columns.

How to Save Multiple Leads Screen Views
After you have customized your leads screen to include all the information you need, you can then save this custom view to easily return to it every time you work.
When you save a leads screen view, you will be able to name/rename the view, duplicate it, delete it, and save it as the default view. You can save up to 12 custom views, and each view will appear at the top of your leads screen list, as shown below.
Saved views are personalized and user specific — they are not available to the entire organization.

Save a Leads Screen View
If you would like to save a new leads screen view, customize the view in the way you want, then click the + icon at the top of your leads screen.

A new view will appear in the list. Type in the view name you want to add — the name can be up to 25 characters, with the exclusion of some special characters.

You can save up to 12 custom views, but once you have more than four views, you will see a More dropdown appear. Click on More to view all the custom views and select which one you need.

Edit a Leads Screen View
If you would like to edit a view, click the three dots icon next to the view name. Here, you can:
- Set as Default: This will move that view to the front of the view list and automatically show that view every time you work.
- Rename: This will rename an existing view (you cannot rename the Main View).
- Duplicate: This will duplicate the view and all its customizations so you can create a new view.
- Delete: This will delete an existing view (you cannot delete the Main View).

If you would like to make changes to the customization in that view, click the Customize Your View icon on the right side of your screen, then make your adjustments. When you modify your current view, changes will automatically save, and a Saved icon will appear to confirm.
