Situation

After three decades of building, Elevated Edge Construction had grown to focus on complex, luxury projects—new builds, large additions, and full renovations. But the software stack hadn’t kept up.


Estimating was done in one software, invoices in another, 3D visualizations in a third tool and all communication was siloed in email and text. On any given project, the team was logging into ten-plus tools includingMagicPlan, Google Sheets Clear Estimates, Housecall Pro, and BuilderTrend among others—copying the same data over and over, hoping nothing fell through the cracks.

The result was friction across the entire project lifecycle. Creating floor plans and proposals took too long. Visuals weren’t compelling enough to give detail-oriented homeowners confidence to move forward. Budget line items were easy to miss, which put margins at risk.

Solution

Homeowners use the Client Dashboard to check schedules, messages, estimates, and changes without hunting through email threads; the team replies to inbound messages within ~30 minutes, even after hours when needed.
