The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), which grants California residents new rights with respect to the collection and sale of their personal information, will go into effect on January 1, 2020. 1. Requests to Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information: 
Since X only uses or discloses sensitive personal information when permitted by law, the requirement to provide the right to limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information under the CCPA is not applicable.

2. Requests to Opt Out of Sale of Data:
Since X does not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA, the requirement to provide an opt-out of the “sale” of data under the CCPA is not applicable.
