us”), a developer and publisher of games and mobile applications. We collect, use, and share certain personal data when you play our mobile games (the “Games”), visit our websites, or otherwise interact with any of our related online services (collectively, the “Services”).
Your privacy and data rights matter to us, and we protect and respect them diligently. This Privacy Policy describes our data processing practices and explains the rights you have over your data.
Make sure that you read both this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service before using the Services. If you have any questions or concerns, refer to the “How to contact us” section below.
1. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATALevitating Pot may collect personal data about you when you create an account, play our Games or use related in-game features and services, make purchases within the Services, view ads displayed in our Services, subscribe to our newsletter or marketing communications, contact our support team or participate in a troubleshooting session, take part in challenges, surveys, or promotional events, or post and share content on our official social media channels. We also collect certain information automatically when you use the Services and may receive data from third-party platforms or partners, as described in Section 2 below.
2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECTThe type of personal data we collect depends on how you use the Services. In general, we may collect the following categories of information:
A. Data you provide yourself- Identification and Contact data. When you create or manage your Account, you may provide information such as your name, user name, email address.
- Account data. You may also upload or display information within your profile, such as an avatar or other optional account content.
- User support data. When you contact us for help, we collect the data that you provide, such as messages, screenshots, gameplay data, etc.
- Other data you share with us. This may include any information provided your feedback, emails on unrelated topics, responses to surveys, or applications for contests, events, or programs we offer from time to time.
B. Data we collect automatically when you use our Services- User IDs. We generate and assign internal identifiers to your account and devices to keep track of your activity and associate it with your profile across sessions and platforms.
- Security data. To ensure your secure access to the Services, we collect login credentials or session tokens used for authentication.
- Gameplay and interaction data. As you use our Services, we log gameplay details such as your progress, session duration, earned or purchased virtual items, achievements, interactions with other players, and in-game actions like clicks, taps, or scrolls.
- Purchase data. We collect details about transactions related to our Services, including the type and quantity of items acquired, transaction amounts, and data required for tax reporting in accordance with applicable laws.
- Device identifiers. When you access our Services, we automatically collect information like your IP address, mobile device ID, platform ID, advertising ID (e.g., IDFA or GAID), MAC address, IMEI, and other identifiers if applicable.
- Device and software data. We collect technical details about your device and its configuration, including hardware model and characteristics, screen resolution and orientation, operating system version, browser type and version, mobile network operator and network type (e.g., 4G, Wi-Fi) with connection details and internet speed, and preferred language, to ensure compatibility and optimize performance.
- Cookies and other trackers. Our Services may use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to collect information like unique device identifiers, session timestamps, referral URLs, interaction metrics, and saved user preferences. More details are provided in Section 12.
- Online activity data. We may collect data about how you interact with our Services. For example, which pages or screens you view, what games you install, and how you respond to in-app events or notifications.
- Usage analytics data. We also collect technical data related to the performance of our Services on your device. This includes crash reports, error logs, loading times, responsiveness, and how frequently certain features are used.
- Advertising data. We collect information about how you interact with advertising content shown in our Services or provided by our advertising partners, including your device ID, advertising ID, device settings, and actions such as ad views, clicks, visits to external websites, registrations, or claiming in-game offers.
- Location data. We may determine your general location based on your IP address. If you allow location permissions on your device, we may also collect precise GPS coordinates to support certain features or comply with legal requirements in specific regions.
C. Data we receive from third parties- Third-party platform login data. If you choose to sign in through a third-party platform such as Google, Apple, Facebook, or similar services, we may receive information like your display name, platform user ID, email address, device or account identifiers, approximate location, and authentication logs.
- Game platform data. When you download our Games or make purchases through platforms like the App Store or Google Play, we may receive information provided by the store. This can include your store-assigned user ID, email address, language and region settings, purchase history, game activity, leaderboard rankings, achievements, and gameplay preferences.
- Advertising and analytics data. We may receive data from third-party partners who support our advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention efforts, including hashed email addresses, advertising identifiers, ad impression and click data, inferred interest segments, and fraud-detection signals.
- Payment data. When you make a purchase, our payment providers may forward details such as transaction ID, payment status, issuing country, and the last four digits of your card. We do not receive or store your full payment card, e-wallet, or bank account details.
- Social network data. If you connect your account to a social network, we may receive your display name, user ID, avatar, and friends list from that platform. We may also process any content you share in our official social media communities or when interacting with our pages.
3. WHAT ARE THE LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING We process your personal data only when we have a legal basis to do so under applicable data protection laws. The lawful grounds we rely on vary depending on the specific purpose of processing, and may include one or more of the following:
- Performance of a contract (Terms of Service). We rely on this basis when processing is necessary to provide the Services and related services that you have requested. This includes enabling gameplay, login options, customer support, service-related communications, and the delivery of in-game rewards.
- Legitimate interests. We process certain data where it is necessary for purposes that are important to our business and do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms. For example, we rely on legitimate interest to maintain and improve the Services, analyze usage, enhance support operations, detect fraud, ensure the security of users and systems, and keep you informed about Services you already use.
- Legal obligation. Sometimes, we have to process or retain certain information about you to comply with legal requirements. For example, applicable laws may require us to retain purchase-related records for tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
- Consent. We rely on your freely given consent in limited cases, such as when you subscribe to receive promotional emails about our new products, enable targeted advertising within our mobile games, or accept non-essential cookies on our websites.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATAAs a general matter, we use the data we collect to operate, improve, personalize, analyze, and promote the Levitating Pot Services. The specific purposes for which we use personal data are:
A. To provide and maintain our Services:- deliver our Services;
- allow you to access your account using SSO providers or other supported login methods;
- sync your progress, purchases, achievements, friends list, and preferences across platforms;
- process payments that you make;
- register and run contests, tournaments, beta-tests, events, and contact you in connection with these events;
- provide technical support, resolve your issues, respond to inquiries, and address your complaints.
B. To personalize and enrich your experience:- analyze in-game activity so we can tailor offers, rewards, push notifications, emails, and other content to your needs;
- recommend features, special offers, and events that may interest you.
- occasionally invite you to feedback activities, such as surveys or limited play-tests.
C. To enable social interaction and community features:- match you with other players, build friend lists;
- enable community interactions in social networks and moderate discussions and events.
D. To promote our Services, deliver advertising, and monetize our Services:- show contextual, behavioral, or interest-based ads for our Services or third-party products within our Services and in third-party apps;
- measure reach and effectiveness of campaigns, optimize ad delivery, and prevent advertising fraud;
- send marketing emails or newsletters.
E. To conduct analytics, research, and development:- improve and develop our Services;
- collect crash logs, device data, and usage statistics to diagnose bugs and improve performance;
- create aggregated or de-identified reports for business intelligence and future product development;
- test new game mechanics, features, or balance strategies, and study user behavior and trends.
F. To ensure security, integrity, and a fair and comfortable online environment:- enhance the security of your account and your data;
- detect and block bot-assisted activity, hacking, payment fraud, spam, and other malicious activity;
- run security audits, monitor risk signals, and protect accounts, virtual items, and our infrastructure;
- ensure compliance with our Terms of Services.
G. To comply with our legal, regulatory, and administrative obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights:- fulfill tax, accounting, consumer protection, privacy, and other regulatory requirements;
- respond to lawful requests or orders from courts, regulators, or law enforcement bodies;
- retain records needed to resolve disputes or assert or defend legal claims.
5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATAWe share certain personal data with trusted partners, service providers, and affiliates who help us support various aspects of our Services. These partners are contractually required to apply appropriate safeguards, follow our documented instructions, and maintain strict confidentiality. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot be used to identify you.
A. Affiliated companies. Because Levitating Pot operates globally, we may share your data with our affiliated companies in other countries. These internal transfers support day-to-day functions such as development, customer support, analytics, and security monitoring.
B. Service and technology providers. We work with third-party providers who process limited personal data to help us operate, maintain, and improve our Services. We share only the data required for the delivery of their specific services. These providers include:
- payment service providers that process transactions when you make purchases within our Services;
- gaming platforms that enable access to our Services, sync your progress across your devices, and support platform-specific features;
- authentication providers that enable login via their platforms' credentials or allow linking of the accounts;
- cookies and tracking technology providers that support functionality, analytics, and personalized experiences within our Services;
- cloud service providers that securely store service data, backups, and log files;
- analytics providers that help us understand how users interact with our Services, improve features, and measure performance;
- advertising partners that measure campaign performance (e.g., impressions, clicks, installs, in-app events) and detect suspicious behavior;
- external developers or co-development studios who assist us with technical development and content creation. The data they receive is strictly anonymized or aggregated and does not identify any individual user;
- customer support and operational platforms that manage help tickets, email communications, and other administrative services;
- other third-party service providers that support our operations.
C. Advertising and marketing partners. To keep our Services free or low-cost, we work with advertising and marketing partners that help us to:
- deliver contextual or interest-based ads within our Services and in third-party apps;
- use approved third-party measurement providers to track impressions, clicks, and installs so they can verify campaign performance; and
- run cross-promotional campaigns for other Services we operate.
These partners may receive your advertising identifier, coarse location, language setting, and basic engagement data (e.g., ad views, install events, or session duration). They are not permitted to use it for any purpose other than ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
D. Public authorities or for various legal reasons. We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws that it is necessary to:
- comply with a law, subpoena, court order, or legitimate request from a regulator or law-enforcement body (inside or outside your country of residence);
- meet national-security or public-interest requirements;
- investigate and help prevent fraud, security threats, cheating, or other harmful activity; or
- enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, or defend against legal claims.
6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERSWe operate globally, so your personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. Where such transfers occur, we apply appropriate safeguards to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
In some countries, data protection standards may differ from those in your country of residence. In this case, we take all necessary measures to ensure that your personal data is processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
7. HOW WE KEEP YOUR DATA SAFEWe are continuously developing and implementing administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data from accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use, and other unlawful processing. Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and partners who need it to perform their responsibilities and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure that your data remains secure, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
8. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATAWe keep your personal data only for as long as we need it to operate your account, provide you with our Services, and meet our legal, accounting, and other duties under applicable law. In practice, this means that we keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period after you delete it, so we can handle disputes, required record-keeping, and otherwise fulfil our obligations under applicable law and pursue our overriding legitimate interests. The exact retention period depends on the type of data and the relevant applicable law requirements. Once the relevant retention period ends, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymize the data so it can’t be linked back to you. Anonymous, aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be kept indefinitely.
9. CHILDREN'S DATAOur Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, or any higher age required by local laws for providing valid consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from anyone below this age unless we have first obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify your age at any time.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will promptly restrict access to the relevant Services and delete the data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Parents or guardians who believe we may have unintentionally collected data from their child can contact us using the contact details provided in Section 14 to request access, rectification, or erasure. Please note that for some Services, data can only be erased through in-game settings, as described below.
To process such a request or expedite the erasure, we may ask you to provide clear evidence that the child has not yet reached the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you hold parental responsibility for the child.
We strongly encourage you to remind children never to share real names, addresses, phone numbers, payment data, or other sensitive information while using our Services.
10. YOUR RIGHTSDepending on the data-protection laws in your country, you may have the following rights:
- Right to be informed: know what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
- Right of access: obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: have inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unlawfully received, or no longer relevant information corrected.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): ask us to delete your data when we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.
- Right to restrict processing: limit how we use your data in specific situations, unless we have to continue processing some of your data under applicable law.
- Right to object: stop processing based on our legitimate interest, including the purpose of direct marketing.
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format or have it sent to another provider where it is technically possible and reasonable.
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you have given. You can withdraw it at any time via in-game or website privacy settings, or, if it is not technically possible, by contacting us using the details provided in Section 14.
How to exercise your rights. To exercise your privacy rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 14. Make sure that you send your request from the email address associated with your account and include your player ID. This helps us verify your identity and process your request more efficiently. We aim to respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
If you contact us from a different email or do not provide sufficient information, we may need to ask for additional verification, which could extend the processing time.
For data deletion requests, please follow the in-app procedure: open the Personal Area within the mobile Game, then go to Settings > Data Protection > Delete Account. Submitting this request will permanently delete your account, including your game progress, in-game assets, and currencies. After 30 days, your data will be permanently erased, and your account cannot be restored.
If you are unhappy with our response, you may also contact your local data protection authority where local legislation permits it. Please note that in some cases, your rights may be subject to limitations. For example, where we are required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations or to defend legal claims, or where exercising your rights would adversely affect the rights of other users.
11. FOR UNITED STATES RESIDENTSIf you reside in a U.S. state where consumer privacy laws are in force, subject to certain exceptions, you may have the rights listed in Section 10, as well as the following additional rights:
- Right to opt-out of “sale” or targeted advertising: we do not exchange personal information for monetary consideration, but we may disclose certain identifiers to advertising partners to deliver more relevant advertising. state privacy laws may classify this disclosure as a “sale” or “sharing.”
We do not assume your consent for targeted advertising by default. You will be asked to provide your consent via the in-app interface before receiving personalized ads. You can manage or withdraw this consent at any time in the privacy settings of the Game.
- Right to be free from discrimination: we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, except when you voluntarily join a promotion or incentive that uses your data (for example, a loyalty discount). In any case, we will not impose penalties because you exercise your privacy rights.
- Right to appeal: if we refuse your request, you can ask us to review that decision.
- Right to use an authorized agent: you may designate a representative to submit a request on your behalf; we will require proof of the agent’s authority and your identity.

12. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIESWhen you use our Services, we and our trusted partners may use cookies or similar tracking technologies, such as pixels, beacons, tracking tags, scripts, or software development kits (SDKs). These technologies help us analyze how you interact with our Services, remember your preferences and device settings, maintain your session across devices, detect and prevent fraud, measure audience engagement and usage patterns, and, with your consent, deliver more personalized advertising.
Within our Services, we use analytics and advertising tools provided by third-party partners who operate independently and under their own privacy policies. These tools allow us and our partners to collect data for various purposes, as described when you first access the Services. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand how they process your data.
You can view and manage your privacy choices at any time via the privacy settings available within Games. Please note that withdrawing consent for advertising purposes will not disable ads entirely, but may result in less relevant or contextual advertising.
Levitating Pot itself does not use your data for profiling or other means of automated decision-making that could affect you, including your access to the services or other rights under the Terms of Service.
13. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICYWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes in how we process your data. The most recent version is always available on this page and takes effect on the publication date shown at the top.
If an update materially affects your rights or the way we use your data, we will draw your attention to these changes in the app or by e-mail and ask you to confirm that you have read and acknowledged the updated version of this Privacy Policy. Should you decline a change that is necessary for us to process your data, we may need to stop providing you with the parts of the Service that rely on that processing.
