It's not selfish to look after yourself, put yourself first. When we look after ourselves first we have more to give to others. Working on your health is never selfish. You need to take care of yourself so that you can be around to take care of those that need and depend on you! You are also setting the example for those that are watching you. They will see that taking time to be healthy is important and should be a priority.
