When Can You Request a Refund?
You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- Your product arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is significantly different from the description or images on our site
- You are not satisfied with the quality (subject to review)
Please note that due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless there is a quality issue.

Refund Processing Time

Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used teas and matcha powders (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees (except in cases of shipping errors or damaged goods)
