Client Account Representative

We’re looking for a highly skilled Client Account Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who loves orchestrating complexity, championing client success, and being a key player in a growing, forward‑thinking team.

Responsibilities

As a Client Account Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our operation – the connector, the communicator, and the catalyst that keeps clients, vendors, and internal teams moving in sync. You’ll own the flow of license requests, product orders, and project quotes across our systems, ensuring clarity, speed, and accuracy every step of the way.

In this role, you’ll triage client needs, craft sharp proposals, and support our CIO Consultants with insights and estimates that shape high‑level strategy. You’ll schedule and support CIO review meetings, contribute to long‑term roadmap conversations, and help clients make confident, informed decisions.

You’ll also dive into the details that drive excellence – tracking timelines, coordinating vendor communications, reconciling deployments, managing registrations, and ensuring every RMA and return is cleanly documented.
