Forever is included with a WoW Subscription or Game Time. Level cap is 60. Everyone starts at 1. Packs add Skyborne, beta, name holds and cosmetics.

Hardcore comes after launch, and the roadmap shows winter. Day-1 rulesets are Normal, PvP and Roleplaying.

Launch is 1 global moment for every region, and Forever has no early access. Blizzard has not announced the hour the raids unlock.

Beta progress does not carry to live. Name reservation needs any upgrade pack, the Heroic Pack included, and holds up to 3 characters. Names go to whoever reserves them 1st.

The stress test ran on 21 October at 2:00 PM PDT (21:00 UTC), moved from 19 October. No subscription was needed, and characters, names and guilds were wiped after it. The beta closed on 23 October. Barrow Deeps (10 players), Hyjal Summit (20) and Onyxia (40) open on 9 December.

Use the groups below in order if you are new: start pages, then class, then leveling, then launch prep.

Raids need level 60. The 5 weeks from 4 November to 9 December are the window that decides your 1st raid night.

What you get on day 1

Forever is Blizzard's permanent Classic-era game. It sits after Warcraft III Reforged: Forsaken Kingdom and before Molten Core.

Playable races are the Classic 8 plus Skyborne (Windshaper on Horde, High Order on Alliance). Blizzard has no plans to add races from the WoW expansions at this time. Classes are the Classic 9 with new race combinations. Skyborne get standard-definition models in early 2027.

New zones include Zephras Isle (1 to 12), the Riverglades (mid-30s to mid-40s), Mount Hyjal and Shen'dralas.

9 new dungeons ship at launch. 3 raids unlock on 9 December. Darkspear Islands is a new 15 versus 15 battleground.

Paid character boosts are not sold in Forever packs. The path to 60 is quests, dungeons and play time, or a Pro service from our store.

Invite-A-Friend Launch Codes email from 20 October. Invitees can play 4 to 11 November without a sub. They still get no beta.

No flying mounts. Itemization and talent milestones were retuned. Class buffs that used to sit in trees are baseline for several classes.

Start here

Read these 4 pages before you pick a class. They cover what Forever is, how it differs from Classic Era, what BlizzCon showed and what comes after launch week.

Classes and racials

Class changes, talent tools, racials and every race-class page we ship for Forever. New pairs include Dwarf Shaman, Undead Paladin and the paid Skyborne race.

Open the matrix if you only know the fantasy. Open a class page when you already know the role you want at 60.

Dungeons and raids

9 new dungeons open on day 1. Blizzard gives each one a level range, from Hall of Thanes at 13 to 18 to Shaper's Terrace at 58 to 60. Legacy bands of 15 to 25, 26 to 45 and 46 to 60 still help you time clears.

Raids unlock 5 weeks later on 9 December: Hyjal Summit (20), Barrow Deeps (10) and Onyxia.

Leveling and professions

The 1 to 60 path, quests, zones, professions and early gold. Quests are the spine: 1000+ new ones on the journey, with 150+ in the Riverglades.

There is no flying and no level scaling. Since 1 October, dungeon quests give less extra XP, so open-world quests carry the climb. Food can add a small XP bonus. Camping objects buff groups while you craft.

Systems: Realmless, Hardcore, Legacy, mounts

Rulesets replace the old realm picker. You group only inside your ruleset. Factions stay separate. The PvP ruleset allows 1 faction per account. Cross-region play is not possible right now, Blizzard's producers said at PAX Australia. Battlegrounds can mix rulesets, Hardcore excepted.

Legacy Points are account-wide horizontal progress with a 16-point spend cap per character at launch. Mounts come with riding training. Hardcore arrives after launch.

Launch: beta, release date, editions, price, name reservation

How you get in, what packs contain and how you hold a name. A sub is enough to play. Epic or Collection add beta.

Packs on the US shop: Skyborne Heroic $29.99, Skyborne Epic $59.99, Warcraft Forever Collection $79.99. Contents are public.

Need help on 1 to 60 before raids? Leveling pre-order is $299 with 1 booster or $420 with 2 boosters (regular $399 / $599) on the leveling page.

Our dungeon runs cover the 9 new instances when you only need a clear and quest turn-ins.

How LFCarry plays your character

Every LFCarry order runs in our own gaming hubs, built to deliver services safely under physical supervision. Each buyer gets a dedicated PC that plays only that buyer's account. Your character logs in through a unique residential IP address in your own city: a home proxy, never a VPN. To the game, our Pro looks exactly like a family member playing from home in your city. Play is by hand, with no software, bots or automation. We guarantee the safety of your account.

Remote control (Parsec) puts the Pro on your own PC. It adds 30%, and we help with the setup.

Gold the normal way. The one thing that gets an account in trouble is a large amount of gold arriving from nowhere. That means a hand trade from a seller, gold by mail or gold dumped through the auction house. We never do that. A Pro farms gold on your own character: leveling alts, about 500 gold per alt from 1 to 60, plus professions, gathering, auction house trading and dungeon runs. Pros also carry players for gold in the LFG channel, where groups agree on the price in chat. Details: WoW Forever gold.

Guild membership. Our guild is a closed, paid membership of regulars, up to 1,000 members, open in every ruleset and faction from launch day on 4 November. Each rank’s monthly gold comes from the guild bank from 11 November, or goes on raids 3 to 4 times a week from 9 December, dungeon groups every hour and PvP premades inside the guild, at the average server rate for gold carries with an extra 10% off. Membership starts at $219 a month, and a year paid at once costs 30% less. Ranks and the monthly invoice: WoW Forever guild membership.

Big projects. Projects of 3 or more characters, a guild or an organisation get our co-founder’s personal management. He joins your order chat and an onboarding call on Discord or WhatsApp.
