In 1998, Nitin co-founded Saber Corp., a tech company that modernized state government systems. Saber grew rapidly, employing 1,200 people and generating $120 million in annual revenue. After Saber, Nitin turned his attention to mergers and acquisitions. In 2009, he founded MergerTech, a boutique advisory firm focused on helping tech entrepreneurs achieve strategic exits. In 2015, Nitin entered the cannabis industry with Cura Cannabis Solutions. The company became one of the largest in the U.S., culminating in its $950 million acquisition by Curaleaf in 2019.
