Home services startup Pronto has raised $11 Mn in its Series A round, co-led by General Catalyst and Glade Brook Capital, with participation from existing investor Bain Capital Ventures. The funding comes just months after the Gurugram-based 10-minute on-demand home services platform closed a $2 Mn seed extension from Bain Capital Ventures. Pronto plans to use the fresh capital to expand into Mumbai and Bengaluru over the next 12–18 months, while training and onboarding 10,000 additional service professionals. The startup currently offers instant, scheduled, and recurring house help services, ranging from sweeping and utensil washing to laundry assistance and kitchen cleaning. Seed-stage venture firm Titan Capital has introduced the Indicorns 2025 List—a compilation of 202 startups that have crossed Rs 100 crore in annual revenue and achieved profitability. The announcement was made at India Internet Day. Titan Capital was founded by Snapdeal co-founders, Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal. As a collective, these 202 startups generated Rs 1.51 lakh crore in revenue and Rs 7,393 crore in profits in FY24. The top sectors represented include fintech (50 companies), e-commerce (16), and logistics (13). Cities leading the charge are Delhi NCR (51 Indicorns), followed by Bengaluru (42) and Mumbai (35). "These companies are proving that building enduring businesses in India is not just possible, but already happening at scale. Recur Club, a debt marketplace for startups and SMEs, has announced a strategic partnership with ENRISSION INDIA CAPITAL INC., an early-stage investment firm focused on purpose-led businesses. Codeyoung, an edtech startup has raised $5 million (Rs 44.4 Cr) in its Series A funding round, led by Blue Tokai-backer 12 Flags Group and Enzia Ventures. The round was an equal mix of primary and secondary funding, with the secondary portion allowing early investor Guild Capital to exit. Debt marketplace Recur Club has raised $50 Mn in a mix of equity and debt to expand its AI-powered debt financing platform for startups and SMEs.👇 The round included $8 Mn equity funding led by existing backer InfoEdge Ventures, alongside participation from LC Nueva, Physis Capital, String Ventures, and iA Finvolve. The remaining $42 Mn was debt funding from Incred, Ugro, Lighthouse Canton, and other NBFCs and debt funds. Recur Club said it would use the funds to strengthen its AI credit engine, AICA, expand into tier II & III cities, add new product lines, and scale its team. It is targeting an annual debt run-rate of INR 10,000 Cr by FY27. Founded in 2021, Recur Club operates a debt marketplace connecting businesses with more than 150 institutional lenders. Bachatt has bagged $4 million (INR 34 Cr+) in a seed funding round jointly led by Lightspeed India and InfoEdge Ventures. Of the total investment, Lightspeed contributed $2.8 million, while Info Edge Ventures, spearheaded by Sanjeev Bikhchandani, injected $1 million into the startup. The funding round also attracted participation from notable industry figures, including Urban Company cofounder Abhiraj Bhal, Sunil Prabhune of L&T Finance, and OYO’s senior leadership — COO Abhinav Sinha and CSO Maninder Gulati — all of whom have joined Bachatt’s cap table. Odisha-based deep-tech startup Coratia Technologies has raised ₹5 crore in a fresh funding round led by Piper Serica Angel Fund. This new capital follows a significant ₹17.4 crore Pre-Series A round in July 2025, which saw participation from existing investors MGF Kavachh and Pontaq Ventures.
