Especially in tech roles, there's a 30%+ YoY rise in hiring for AI/ML professionals, with strong demand for Data Scientists, ML Engineers, etc. AI Doesn't Replace Human Touch, it augments it. While tools speed up the process, human screening remains crucial for judging values, communication, and team fit. 2. Skill-Based Hiring Is Growing, degrees Are Secondary The focus is moving from academic credentials to academic ability.
