ADA PARKING INFORMATION
INNER LOT ADA PARKING
- FOR MIAMI DOLPHINS AND UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI GAMES, YOU MUST HAVE A PRE-PURCHASED INNER LOT “ADA RESERVED” PARKING PASS IN ORDER TO PARK IN AN INNER LOT ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPOT.
- For other Stadium events, ADA parking in the inner lot is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests should enter Gate 1A or Gate 4 to determine if ADA inner lot parking is available. If inner lot ADA parking is unavailable, you may park in an ADA space in an outer lot in either Yellow (Lots 14, 15/16, and 18) or Gray (Lot 40).
- Mobility Assistance Unavailable: Guests using inner lot ADA parking will need to travel from their vehicle to a Hard Rock Stadium entrance gate. No mobility assistance shuttles (or golf carts) are available within the inner lot. If you require a mobility assistance shuttle to travel from your vehicle to a Hard Rock Stadium entrance gate, you must park in an outer lot in either Yellow (Lots 14, 15/16, and 18) or Gray (Lot 40) and board a shuttle at the pick-up location for that lot.
OUTER LOT ADA PARKING
- ADA spots in the Yellow and Gray lots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Yellow (Lots 14, 15/16, and 18)
- Gray (Lot 40)
- If you pre-purchase Yellow or Gray parking lot pass and need ADA accessible parking, you must park in an accessible spot in your designated lot color.
- Mobility Assistance Available: Guests with limited mobility in outer lots may request assistance to and from the outer lots/stadium by calling Guest Experience at (305) 943-8000. Pick-up locations to Hard Rock Stadium are located in Lots 14, 16, 18, and 40 near ADA parking. Guests will be dropped off at pre-determined Hard Rock Stadium gate locations. Pick-up locations to the parking lots will be the same as the drop off locations.
WHEELCHAIR ESCORTS
- Wheelchair escorts will be available from Hard Rock Stadium gates to seating locations and back. Guests can request a wheelchair escort by asking your nearest Hard Rock Stadium employee, or at your nearest Guest Experience Headquarters. Wheelchair Assistance is available once gates open and conclude approximately 30 minutes after the end of the event.
- Escorts are not available to escort guests to/from their vehicle in the inner parking lot.
