And yet, of that list, only III was actually any good. Selling copies doesnt make something good.

So, yes, in making money, no contest for GTA. Making quality games, no contest for Nintendo.

Has GTA sold a ton of copies? Sure. Does that mean Nintendo is worried? Absolutely not.

2026 has proven one thing - while making a ton of money might make something successful, it doesnt mean its good.

GTA is not going to be a good game - it will be popular and successful because the masses are not smart and buy things based on name recognition. Nintendo, for all their faults, tends to focus on game quality over quantity.
