CTR: Crash Team Racing Tag Page Cover Art

Nostalgia plays a part here, but Crash Team Racing was the game I played the most during my formative years, creating memories that I still cherish to this day. The remake is very good and probably the best way to experience CTR in this day and age, but the original will always hold a special place in my heart.

Bloodborne

10/10

Dark Souls ignited my love for Soulslikes, but Bloodborne was the game that solidified it. Even with a few technical and performance issues, FromSoftware's project is an all-around masterclass in level design, atmosphere, and gameplay. Even the Chalice Dungeons have fun boss fights, even if the concept itself could have used some more fine-tuning.

5 Classic FPS Games Modern Shooters Officially Can't Match

Hey, Marco! Oh, yeah, Quake 2 and 3 were groundbreaking too and, honestly, could easily fit this article. For Halo 2, my focus was more on what it did for console gaming, and its online architecture was quite different from that used by PC games.

6 Near-Perfect NES Games Nobody Played

Mother 2 did come to America as Earthbound, though.

Yeah, The Darkness is awesome! I have the second game on Steam, so I replay it every once in a while. The first one's story is fantastic, too

5 Forgotten Single-Player FPS Games That Aged Like Fine Wine

Hey, JR That's fair! I try to find games that aren't talked about much anymore, to hopefully introduce them to new players. But yeah, if a game is great, it will always be remembered fondly by a good amount of people.
