With Fallout Day nearly here, Bethesda has revealed new content for Fallout 4 as part of the ongoing celebrations. Fallout 4 may be nearly 11 years old at this point, but the game is still going strong thanks to mod support through official Bethesda-backed Creations. To celebrate Fallout Day this year, the company is highlighting a trio of new mods for fans to expand their journey through the Commonwealth Wasteland, including Fallout 4: Fathomless.
Fallout Day is officially celebrated on October 23, but Bethesda has already kicked off the festivities with a variety of new content on offer across the series. For Fallout 4, there are a trio of new Verified Creations for players to check out: FEVer Dreams, Command Override, and the ambitious Fallout 4: Fathom. While Fathom won't be released until 2027, fans can check out these other Creations in the coming days during the countdown to Fallout Day.
Fallout 4 Spotlights New Mods for Fallout Day 2026
Shared during day 2 of the Fallout Day celebrations, Fallout 4: Fathomless is a new Verified Creation coming from developer Zone Zero Creations that takes players deep below the Atlantic Ocean following the path of a pre-war expedition. This Creation adds to the cosmic horror themes Fallout 4 already contains, giving players a frightening new experience. Fathomless promises to be a major expansion to Fallout 4 that plunges the Sole Survivor into unknown territory against five new enemy types and a fully voiced dialogue for its new story.

FEVer Dreams and Command Override Arrive in Time for Fallout Day
While fans wait for Fathomless to release next year, two other Fallout 4 mods are available this week ahead of Fallout Day proper. FEVer Dreams is a new Creation from developer Kinggath Creations that locks players in an escape room-style dungeon where they find themselves hallucinating conversations with their spouse after being dosed with a variant of Fallout's FEV. This mod also sees the official return of Brian T. Delaney and Courtenay Taylor as the voices of Nate and Nora. Fallout 4 fans can download FEVer Dream today from the game's Creations hub.
Coming on October 21 is Command Override, a Creation from developer Hobgoblin Studios that lets players take control of Fallout 4's robot enemies and control them directly. For the first time ever, players can officially pilot Assaultrons and Sentry Bots as they explore the new RobCo headquarters in Boston. After Fallout 4's official Automatron DLC, Command Override is the perfect Creation for fans of the game's mechanical companions.
Aside from the new Fallout 4 Creations coming to the game soon, Fallout Day sees tons more content coming to the franchise's other entries. Baby Deathclaws have been confirmed for Fallout Shelter later this year, and Fallout 76 is getting a first look at the World Pets update coming in December 2026. Although nothing official about the upcoming Fallout 3 and New Vegas remakes is planned to be shared, there is still tons of new content to get excited about for the future of the Fallout franchise in the meantime.
