Lead Times

For paint orders made before noon on Monday to Thursday, we endeavour to get you paint sent out on the same day for next day delivery using FedEx Priority Service. On busier days or with larger orders, we may require an extra day. Any orders made after noon will be made the same day and shipped out the following day using next day delivery.

If you are using your own courier or would like to collect your own order, we endeavour to have it mixed up on the same day for same day collection.

For online orders of samples, colour charts and A4 brush outs, purchased before 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday, we will dispatch your items on the same day for 48 hour tracked service.

 

Pricing

Francesca’s Paints uses two courier providers for deliveries; FedEx for the delivery of paint and Royal Mail for the postage of samples, colour charts and A4 brush outs. Paint is a restricted item on both of these services so the utmost care and attention is used when packaging.

For Royal Mail, pricing is based upon weight and size. Small, lightweight letters start at £2.00, Large Letters: £3.50, Small Parcels: £6.00 and for very heavy orders our Medium Parcels cost £12.00

For FedEx, prices are based upon the amount of boxes used to package your order. Each box can contain up to 15L due to weight restrictions, but if your order is made up of smaller pots of paint, more boxes may also be necessary if 15L does not fit in one box. Prices start at £20.00 for 1 box, £25.20 for 2 Boxes, £30.00 for 3 Boxes, larger orders are priced on application.
