Lorraine (Lori) Piejak, 82, of Troy, Michigan passed away peacefully June 13, 2026. Lori retired from the Troy School District in 2006 after 21 years. Beloved mother and grandmother, Lori is survived by loving children, Dr. Lisa Piejak (Jim Prokup) and Linda (Kevin) Mitchell, grandchildren Greysen Mitchell and Lauryn and Katie Prokup, and brother-in-law Bill Schuster. Lori was predeceased by her sister, Carolyn Schuster; husband, Larry; and son, Lindsay. The family will be holding a Celebration of Lori’s Life on Thursday, July 9.
