Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dependable and physically fit individuals to fill the position of Mover-Helper. As a mover-helper, you will ensure our client’s belongings’ safe and efficient relocation. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading items, packing and unpacking boxes, and providing excellent customer service throughout the moving process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and other items from our moving trucks.
• Pack and unpack items securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Use moving equipment such as dollies, blankets, and straps efficiently.
• Follow instructions from the lead mover and work collaboratively with the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Uphold safety standards and utilize proper lifting techniques to prevent damage and injury.
• Adapt to unexpected challenges and solve problems as they arise.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Uphold privacy and confidentiality standards concerning clients and their belongings.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate a moving truck up to 26’ long and navigate routes to the destination.
• Assist in loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and other items onto and off the moving truck.
