I was a little nervous to buy this because a lot of people were complaining about how small the salt/pepper compartments were. For reference, we have the Trader Joe’s standard salt and pepper grinders and these fit a little more than 1/3 of the bottle in them (we probably could’ve fit more but I didn’t want to overfill them). It’s certainly not a ton, but even as people who cook daily, a third of a bottle should last awhile.
I will update on the sturdiness if we have issues since we just received them, but so far it’s an attractive and useful set!
