This is my 4th Wamsutta Pillow and they cannot be beat. I like the medium as I am a side sleeper. The pillow can be fluffed back up every day if you like and always provides excellent support. I just discarded the first 2 pillows that I purchased over 10 years ago as they finally were looking a little soiled. Believe it or not, they still could still be fluffed up. These pillows are designed so that the cover can be washed and sanitized. The 3rd pillow that I purchased has now been passed down to our daughter and she will get a few more years out of it. You may think that these pillows are expensive but they are worth double. A good nights sleep for $150 or $30 a year over 5 years is more than worth it.
