Guest access
Guests have full access to the home and outdoor amenities. The garage and utility room are reserved for owner and maintenance use.
Other things to note
♨️ Pool heating: For added comfort, optional pool heating is available. When selected, the pool is heated for up to 12 hours daily and set to approximately 90°F, weather permitting. The pool heating fee is $100 per day, reflecting the increased energy use.
👥 Maximum occupancy is 12 guests total, including children and any daytime visitors. Additional guests, if approved in advance, are $75 per guest per day.
🗑️Due to wildlife, all trash must be bagged, tightly sealed, and placed inside the designated bear-proof bins. Because trash collection is performed by hand, a $100 fee will be charged for any loose or non-bagged trash left behind.
📝The Lodge and Perch Treehouses at Pinhoti Peak are thoughtfully designed mountain retreats where nature and elevated amenities come together. The properties include features such as pools, saunas, fire elements, stairs, elevated spaces, trampolines, slides, outdoor recreation areas, and natural terrain. Wildlife sightings are also possible in this setting. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask guests to enjoy amenities responsibly, follow posted guidance, supervise children at all times, and use discretion during inclement weather. By renting this property, the guest releases the host from any liability resulting from the guest’s or their party’s use of the property and its amenities.
