The space
This is the combination of 2 fully equipped premium apartments, at the same building, with total 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 bar, 2 kitchens, 3 full bathrooms with 3XL showers and total 4WC. There are total 7 A/C units and each bedroom and has one heating system in each unit.

The apartments are placed on the upper floor of the other, is the unique choice in the trendy and hip Galata Tower neighbourhood for large groups.

One of the apartments' kitchen and bar area is big and equipped enough for a group of 12 to wine & dine together. If you are 3 or more families with kids, want to travel together but also have privacy at night or dining times, you have all the options.

The elegant 19th century building located near Galata Tower on Serdar-i Ekrem Street, renovated in 2007 by a very well-known architect. The lift was installed during the renovation for ease of access for upper floors.

While your stay, you will be 3 mins away from the Metro station (visible from apartment) 6 mins away from the tram station and 8 mins from Karakoy boats dock by walk. (according to the maps app)

The last but not the least, the location offers all the residential needs such as security, silence and vehicle access in front of the building.

The interior design was inspired from country, industrial and vintage styles. All the furnitures chosen for the owner's comfort. Fully equipped brand new kitchen offers you fun times while cooking with the latest appliances such as Bosch and Samsung systems.
